If everything goes without any problems. It can take between 6 to 8 working days, from when the application was submitted to when the SIM was activated.
If any problem arise. It can take between 10 to 12 working days, from when the application was submitted, to when the SIM was activated.
If all is in order, order number can then be issued within 2 days

Yes we do, the same number you call to inquire about any products on our website, is the same one you call for assistance. We then advise you the correct channel to go through
What speeds will I get?
In this case, customer pays for what the customer wants for example: 4MBPS uncapped @R599 (whereas the line reaches up to, 4MBPS) etc
Customer pays for the amount of speed customer wants. (same as above-mentioned)
Depends on where the customer live, the average speed that we get when we do a test is 15/20MBPS (The picture below shows a speed test that we did)
